Shocking customer service received

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service received at t diagnostics and repairs. I had a problem with my Nissan NP300 bakkie, I called Tim white to discuss the possible problems he advised that I should bring it in and they would put it on the computer. On the way to DNA diagnostics my car broke down. I managed to get my bakkie towed to the premises of DNA diagnostics. Once there we waited for over an hour, Tim didn't even great us or mention that he would be with us shortly or anything of the sort. I then asked if I could borrow an Allan key however his reply was " sorry it's almost 4:30 and I have commitments. He then got in his car and left 3 people stranded including a young girl. I am absolutely discusted by the level of customer services received.
