Service Excellence at DNA Auto Centre

DNA Auto Centre recently did a 150-point check on my car. Although they found nothing in need of urgent repair, we agreed on changing a few items in the name of preventative maintenance.

In my 15 years of owning cars, this has, by far, been the best experience I've had at a service centre. Every staff member I dealt with, from service advisors to technicians, to the directors, has been outstanding.

They used original parts and fluids in the vehicle at my request, and happily showed me the old parts and empty bottles before payment. Not only did I get 5-star service, but I also received the best price I could have imagined..

The team is thorough, proactive and passionate, and they treat vehicles (and their owners) with respect.

With so many ************ business owners out there, it's refreshing to find a company that still believes in old-school values of service excellence, honesty and building great relationships.
