DMRE questionable practices and unfavorable outsourcing of suppliers

DMRE and their business practices are disgusting especially their outsourcing of suppliers and distribution of funds.Buying second hand equipment with questionable warranties and then taking time to release funds.And then they expect you to run a production with unservirceable equipment that you must fix yourself with a mere R50 000 a month.Why are they micro managing small miners😡
