DMK clinic, please have a consultation with the client before treatment

Iam utterly disappointed with the DMK clinic. I booked myself for a consultation and advise regarding my face. I've been to few skin clinics before where a consultant or the****** explains the condition of our skin,takes a picture or some have a scanner where they show the problematic areas . Also let us know the time and cost for treatment. When I went in, the the****** asked me to lay down on the treatment bed and started her treatment without explaining what iam supposed to pay or for how long the treatment would be. Seriously, haven't seen more absurd way to treat a client. I had ask her all along and she kept telling me it's a 2 hour treatment, the products are going to cost me 4000 rands and the treatment for the day was 700, all in the middle of something she kept putting. I told her I didn't budget for such big amount. I had to shell out 2300 for a travel pack and what was done for that day to my face. I asked to speak to the manager or owner who were not available and only the the****** girls were available. Clearly they need some training as to how to approach a client and make them aware of the treatment. I lost so much money and to no use Only visit if your prepared to shell out big amounts . Would advise a good dermatologist instead
