Waiting at Park Station for Dmj

I've traveled by bus most of my life ,and this is by far the worst service I've experienced from this company. We caught a bus in Pretoria only to be left stranded in Park Station at 18:30, to be told that the bus we're supposed to travel with is delayed by an hour and thirty minutes,which turned into 5hours and counting seated waiting with no volunteered updates by your staff. Upon enquiry as to what is happening we're told the bus is stuck elsewhere and the mechanic is on his/her way. I mean seriously now we're forced to travel the long distance to Eastern Cape on a weem that this bus won't breakdown again after having waited 5 hours is just gross negligence on your part as a company. First and last time will I put my safety in the hands of this company. It is now 11pm on the 18th of February stuck at Park station.
