Unacceptable DMJ services

I have been waiting at the station for DMJ bus that was suppose to live at 7 O'clock, only information commucated was that the bus is coming. It's 21:40 now and nothing. I will never use their services, we have been waiting in the cold at Cape Town station. . I am soo disgusted and how they treat people who booked in advance. This is so unacceptable.
