The girl I was talking to in King William's town station told me that the ticket has expired and my mom can't travel on today's afternoon bus to Joburg since she was left by a bus yesterday with my son. Expired? How the hell? What about a penalty fee? This company must just close down once and for all ???????????? They don't care about customers and even themselves...
