the bus broke down we have to wait for 8 hours

The bus broke down close to cape town. We are told that we have to wait for a bus that is coming from the eastern cape. The is no water, no food, no toilets. They do not even want to give us our money back. Paid 570 for this bus. Kids are crying they hungry. Bus drivers are not even communicating with us. Please help us get our money
