Terrible terrible bus service from DMJ

Normally I use intercape buses but in March I had a late exam but I needed to go home same day so I opted for DMJ from Cape Town to Queenstown. Worst mistake ever. The bus was supposed to leave at 19:00 but we only left around 20:30 to 21:00 , we were given an old bus , people were FIGHTING over seats , the bus was overbooked and they were ****roaches everywhere . And then when we were about 50km out of lainsburg we had to go back to lainsburg to fetch a driver from a different bus coming from Cape Town ! . The worst part was when the initial driver didn’t want to let other drivers take their turn on driving and then he crashed into a pole but luckily no one was hurt . I will never again use DMJ bus services . I’d rather walk to my destination!
