Terrible Service and Rude Employees

I booked for my mother and my aunt. The bus was booked on Tuesday 25 May 2021 for today 31 May 2021. The bus is supposed to be leaving King Williams Town at 17:25. We are now being told that the bus is not going to Qonce and passengers must find their own way to Fort Beaufort. I feel like this is a huge inconvenience as these are old people (60 and 65 years) and they have never been to Fort Beaufort. It’s puzzling to expect your passengers to find their own way to another pick up point when it was not their mistake/problem that a bus is not available on the point that they booked at. The least you could have done is to arrange transport for them to be picked up and dropped off. What if the bus was leaving at midnight! Would passengers also be expected to travel +100 km to a place they are not fami**** with!

On top of that, the person I was talking to over the phone was very rude. She identified herself as Oneza.
