Terrible Bus Service Provider

I am on the DMJ bus number 023 (Redeemer) that is going to Eastern Cape from Cape Town right now (29/11/2018). This bus was supposed to leave from Cape Town station at 19h00 and it delayed for more than 30 minutes. Now, at 22h20, the bus is stopped at Rawsonville in Worcester and we have been here for more than 1 hour and and 30 minutes. The update is that the bus is waiting for another bus which is coming with people who missed this bus. This bus is 98% full and we have to delay this much and suffer for 2% of commuters who missed the bus! I think they had overbookings and now all passengers pitched up; but they are just making us fools!This is really a terrible service. I don't recommend anyone to use this bus service, these guys are really bad!!!
