Such a **** , bad service ever

I hate this bus I will never use it again, I have a ticket, the bus was suppose to leave engen garage in king Williams town to cape town by 3:05 pm. No communication was done and now its 4:09 had to call them. Their excuse was the bad weather of eastern cape, those were suppose to be the reason why they must come on time as they know they have customers waiting for them in a open garage they don't even have a shelter. I'm disgusted with their service. I will never use this bus .
