Return ticket money

Since Covid 19 I booked a bus and it was cancelled due to the pandemic. We were stranded nothing said busses never come. It's so hard now to get my money so money question I'm being asked. But I did gave them my details still no refund about my money yet. The just keep quiete but they do have my money
