Poor service

Good day

I have booked for a DMJ bus from peddie to cape Town but to my suprise dmj has hired a different bus..... The bus is cold the chairs makes your body and neck sore they can't be adjusted and have no supporting structure I had 3 children they were sitting far from me the driver did not even want to switch off the air on and tell me is that fair for your loyal customers who paid so much money for DMJ

We as commuters need a refund or we will go to the papers and write to hello Peter because this is not on

Some passengers in PE were left because of the space
