Poor Service and Pathetic treatment from DMJ Transport

Yesterday 30/12/2020, I booked the DMJ bus from Cape Town to Idutywa. The bus arrived on time, as we approached Dedorens another DMJ bus broke down, now our bus had to accommodate passengers from that bus. The bus ended up being overloaded. People sat inbetween the isle and children slept under the seat. The journey was unpleasant and frustrating. In Graff Reinett, passengers from certain towns including Idutywa were I was going we were taken out from the bus as they organized a Veco to accommodate the overload as we were settling in, we were told to move ve back to the bus as the veco couldn't accommodate us (overload) . The journey proceeded to Queenstown, just outside the town we were stopped by traffic officials and only to find out the disc of the bus has expired in 2018 (apparently the same bus was caight inJhb on the previous week) and the bus was pounded and we (passengers) were left stranded and frustrated. One of the passengers called the "manager" and dropped the call in her ear several time with no luck of getting assisted. Eventually the traffic officials felt sorry for us and let us go.. 30 minutes later we were offloaded into another taxi as the bus needed to branch to another direction (Umtata). After 24 long hours of traveling we reached our destinations.

DMJ you careless of your customers and you dont even take care of your drivers. Those guys told us they weren't even given money for food. This is a shame in the so called BEE businesses.
