Poor service

<p>It's sad how this company has deteriorated in the way it provides service to customers. I was in a bus that was supposed to leave at 4:30pm however we left at 18:00. There was no communication from staff as to why we were delaying and they also didn't want anyone to get off to go to the toilets since they didn't have one inside (another shocker). I think I'll cancel my return ticket for another bus company. </p>
