Poor passenger service

I will never forget DMJ buses from cape Town to Qumbu. On the 04th of dec 2020..i took a bus from cape Town to Qumbu. It was supposed to leave cape Town at 06:30..but that was a dream. 1 the bus came late as a results it went to to Bellville at 19:38.... 2.it wasn't the bus I booked and advertised all to find out DMJ hired a old bus.. I MEAN AN OLD BUS... 3.the bus arrived at Bellville we almost stayed an hour no one is talking to us as passengers to tell us what's happening. 4.the worst part for me is that I was sitting next to the window, on my side the curtains was broken I mean I filled the air coming in the whole night and the following day. Mind you the bus was supposed to drop me at Qumbu by 15:05 but that a dream that time the bus was still passing East London..... To cut the story short I arrived at Qumbu around past 8 at night...... Mind you there's no transport at that time because it's Saturday, just imagine I am a girl for me it's not save to be in town at time. So if DMJ is treating passengers like this for me it's not save at all I payed a lot of money for that poor service. See me Nomore
