Pathetic service at DMJ bus service

Trying to board a bus in Queenstown on the 01july 4 family members 3 to Johannesburg/Pretoria and 1 to Bloem..we are firstly approached by a very RUDE driver of the bus who told me he only drives the bus and don't know if it's full, then was left wondering how safe are we if the total number of passengers is not even known by the captain of the bus. Then we are told the bus is full we need to get into a taxi that was readily waiting being the bus, my thinking is then for DMJ it's a norm to overbook the bus and take people for granted and put them in taxis. I work in the service industry so i refuse to be treated with no dignity. As i requested for a full refund for my family so we can try and get on another bus (mind this will not be booked prior as we did with DMJ) the service consultant convinced me she will get other people to get into a taxi ( do we book a bus service or taxi) just wondering..she came back we boarded with my siblings not seated together but we could handle that. The rude driver came again requesting Bloemfontein passengers to disembark and take a taxi as the bus was overbooked , i refused for my younger sibling to board a taxi, he then told me i think i know too much a a customer i know my rights.Then he said the bus will be quick if it doesn't go thru Bloemfontein but i remember the route stating it via the destination. Then there was howling,loud and umcomfortable music he played from Queenstown till Ventersburg where he changed with another driver then the music was descent in the ear. I also noticed your drivers are unprofessional, they were on the phones with no headsets, how safe are we once more? The drivers take advantage and don't treat the passengers in a full profitable 72 seater bus with respect at all.I have used other bus competitors before and have never experienced this kind of service. There were young kids onboard but bus patrons were allowed to just consume alcohol in a public transport. Mind you the first driver who was always RUDE and inconsiderate was driving that bus like a maniac some of us want to get to tje destination than just rush to it and be sorry..
