PATHETIC MANAGEMENT RESPONSE

What a pathetic reaction. I have their bus broken down, blocking both car wash entrance and exit for my customers. The driver has a don't care unhelpful attitude, when I phoned the office, no manager available and nobody to speak to, The person then put the phone down in my ear. Nobody to contact, no telephone numbers. If this is the way they treat an emergency, which they are responsible for, I am glad I am not one of their customers. A disgusting response!
