Pathetic customer service

Bad service,I bought a bus ticket to Cape Town on Saturday for Monday evening. Monday I then called the so called * customer line*to make a cancellation (unforseen circumstances ).Was told to go to checkers/shoprite , because the ticket was bought there. The cashier told me that they can't help, the ticket should be cancelled 2 days before the departure date. They did not even allow me to re schedule for another possible day (I did not want my money back ).I then contacted DMJ customer line, they assured me that I can cancel 2 hours before the departure. I am not sure if I am being played or taken for a fool. I need refund on R703.00 . I will never ever use your services , because obviously you people do not know what service is.
