Pathetic bus service

It's a pity there is no option for a a 0 rating. This bus service is terrible. I booked a bus for the 13th of January that was supposed to leave just after 4. I waited for 2 hours, no communication whatsoever, called the center, but to jo avail. I was forced to book another bus because I really had to get to Pretoria. I've sent countless emails, and only received a call ice stating that they will escalate the matter. It's March now and they are just ignoring my mails. Pathetic service.
