I have never experienced such disorganization and disrespect!

Today (29th of June 2018), My aunt was meant to board one of the DMJ coaches to Mthatha. The departure time on her ticket was 19:30. We arrived at Bellville Parc Du Cap at 19:10, and the coach travelling to Mthatha had not arrived. There was a bus travelling to East London when we arrived, and we were told to wait for the one travelling to our destination . The coach was late, because we were still standing on the side of the road, waiting for it at 19:36.

Two DMJ coaches and one Naledi coach arrived one after the other, at around 19:40. One DMJ coach was travelling to Alice, and the other to Mthatha (last coach to arrive). No one explained why the Naledi coach was there. We were asking around, trying to find out which coach was going where, when we came across the Naledi coach driver. He informed us that he was assisting DMJ coaches with transporting passengers to Mthatha (after we asked him). This bus had two empty seats when my aunt got on board. These seats were wet, and there was water dripping from the roof. When we informed the DMJ coach drivers, nothing was said. They asked my aunt to get off the DMJ coach travelling to Mthatha (where she was meant to be) which she was now in, because there were no more seats available.

After a lot of running around moving from coach to coach, carrying heavy bags and suitcases, looking for space, my aunt and 4 other females with two kids were left behind to fend for themselves. We called their call center and we were told to go home and report at their Cape Town office tomorrow (30th of June 2018).

How do they not know how many people will be travelling today? How do they not know how many people their coaches can carry? How do they keep selling tickets, when there's no longer space on their coaches? How do they leave women and children stranded at night (rainy night)?

My aunt will probably not make it in time for her shift on Sunday , thanks to DMJ bus services!
