Horrible travelling experience

I've had the worst experience travelling to the eastern cape from cape town and back..Poor hygiene, stinking attitude from their staff.I am now unable to get my money back after their bus broke down not even half way to my destination.. I had to hitch hike..no care whatsoever from their esteemed drivers..Still can't believe how unbothered the staff was when I went to ask for a refund..I bet you a million dollars they don't even care what we write..wooo shem?
