Horrible

Horrible service,waited for a bus in queenstown to pretoria which was late by 3hrs as if thats nit enough when we got to welkom we were moved from bus to taxi and the taxi drivers said they are going stright to jhb park station and not pretoria of which we paid fpr pretoria not jhb , bus driver dsnt even communicate with this change he just stop the bus and start offloading our luggadges, i dnt think i will ever ise this bus even if its the only one and im desperate id rather cancel my plans
