My granny took a bus from Cape Town to fort Beaufort @ 19:00. The bus is stuck in Bedford . 7 hours later still not reach the destination as sheduled. I call the call centre. No One has an answer. The person answered said she doesn't have an answers and Operations managers are not at the office. The bus had senior citizen and kids.

Not just that the bus stucked but they have us KK bus services.
