DMJ service sucks

My sister travelled with dmj yesterday, she booked a 5 pm bus from King Williams town to Cape Town but the 5 pm bus arrived at 9 in the evening. We arrived at the station just after 4 pm and come 5 pm there was no bus. 6,7 and 8 pm there was still no bus and nobody was telling us anything. None of the dmj staff was informing us if the bus was still coming or not. No smses or anything from dmj bus services until the bus arrived after 9 pm. Dmj does not care about their customers, all they care about is making money. Their service stinks. We did not even get an apology.
