DMJ- Disgusting bus service ever

I booked DMJ bus to depart on the 22 December 2019, the bus arrived an hour later. No one was there to explain what's the delay, to make things worse a different bus that they hired arrived. Again no one sent us text messages indicating the change of bus, the bus drivers were unprofessional and just had the I don't care attitude. The bus did not have indoor toilets and bins. I find this bus service disgusting and tasteless. No one responds when you call their offices. I have sent them an email, I am still waiting for their response. I will never book this disgusting bus again.
