DMJ bus stuck in the middle of nowhere

I am appalled at the kind of service dmj bus service are given to their customers!!! The bus is stuck in the middle of nowhere, the bus is cold, we dont have food and there are kids in the bus!!! To top it all off they are saying that we have to wait for a bus coming from graaf reinet to fetch us so we can go back with the bus to the eastern cape...mind you we are 2 hours outside cape town!!!!! This is by far the worst service i have ever received from any company. I dont have words to describe all of this the drivers are just sleeping there in front with warm blankets not caring what is happening behind them!!!!
