DMJ bus ****MED ME

On the 12th of December 2018 I booked a bus ticket for the 17th December 2018. The bus was supposed to depart @ 07:10pm but it did not come at all, instead a rescue truck came to take us to the "bus" they were no explanations or apologies as of what happened. When were got to the bus it was a different bus not a DMJ bus, the bus was of way lower standard than what we had paid and way lower than the DMJ bus we have booked and paid for. No one cared to explain what is going on instead a DMJ stuff lady forced me to stay in a very small space in this other bus.

DMJ bus service is a chance, they take advantage that at this time of the year we travel, all they do is to take our money and in return they give us rotten service.
