Disgusting service at DMJ

Disgusting service received at DMJ transport!! I was going to Umtata from Cape Town, I wake up in the morning and I'm in Cape Town and the only person on the bus. I ask the drivers what's happening and I'm told that they offloaded people in Beaufort West and because I was sleeping, they didn't wake me as it's not their job. I'm currently stuck in Cape Town, with no solution or explanation offered!!
