Disgruntled customer

The level of incompetence that the company has really is despicable.

I booked a bus that was supposed to have left at 18:25 but only left Park station at 21:07. One of your consultants **** and said the bus had a battery replacement due and was waiting for a mechanic in Pretoria, then was passing Midrand at 19:10. You not once thought of letting your clients know until I had to call.

Your service is very poor and your consultant hung up on me before I even finished talking to her.

This truly was a bad first time experience! First and last time of using your services.
