Despicable,disrespectful stuff and poor service

If I ever in my life book with dmj I would be mad,I went to book for a ticket yesterday the ticket was meant for today this guy books me for yesterday 17/10/18 I did not look at the ticket hence I knew I was booking for the 18/10/18 with my luggage and everything the very same guy that sold the ticket to me says you where supposed to leave yesterday,they refused to give me a refund or change the date,im late im supposed to be attending a funeral he tells me to book for a new ticket and pay again,I hate there service and uneducated stuff...I will never in my life book with them.agin poor service....
