My bus ticket is for 17:00 from PTA to Mtata, I'm sitting on the pavement in JHB Park station. There is no bus,the time is 20:00 and the say the bus will be here in an hour and a half. I find this very unprofessional,I feel very disrespected and I don't feel valued as a customer. Thank u so much for the 'great organising s****s' dmj. never again!clearly they don't care about their customers
