Bus that is a *** stable

I booked a bus ticket from King Williams Town To Cape Town DMJ which was suppose to depart @17:20 and it arrived last 18:05 defferent bus BM Tours the condition of the bus is like *** stable it is raining cold when we complain the drivers ignored us and the office told us that they will organize another bus when we arrived in Pe there were no bus n other passengers from PE did not ride due to the space n the condition of the Bus and the drivers lack Customer service.... They told us that the bus is not going to take any passengers n there is no notification about the where abouts it does not stop so that we can releave us.... Aircon is on they didn't switch on the lights... When we complain about the fact that the sits are wet ze were told to get off and wait for another bus while they continues with their journey.... I will be a fool if I will ever book DMJ Buses...
