Bus service / Poor bus

I boarded one of your fleets on 23 September 2019 at East London station at 2pm. We then drove to King Williams Town where we were told to get into another bus. This was done in an unprofessional manner. The bus driver only spoke in his language so we didn’t understand and had to ask one of the passengers to translate for us.

As we drove your bus driver drove very fast. We later stopped somewhere in the middle of nowhere just to find out there is something wrong with the bus but still the driver continued to drive. I can’t believe that your company would put such reckless buses on the road and play with so many people’s lives.

We arrived early in Cape Town. We were dropped off at Bellville station and not Pac Du Cup as indicated on our tickets and left there to wait for our lifts. It is so dangerous in that area but they couldn’t care less.

This was the worse bus trip I've ever taken and the worse service I've ever experienced. I normally take Intercape but thought that I would try DMJ Transport but I regret ever having to consider your bus service.
