Bad travelling service

On the 22 Dec , dmj bus never pitch up at Pac du cap to pick up 9 people that were travelling from cape town to eastern Queenstown to Umtata route, we called their call center for several time instead they keep on telling us lies that the bus is coming until around 23:00 send us a taxi to pick us up. The bus was suppose to depart at 19:30.'there was no explanation nor apologies about thiss matter. I will never ever again take this bus as each year their service getting worse
