Bad service

My daughter had to take a 19 :30 dmj bus to Idutywa via Queenstown and then the 1st bus driver told me that he had no space for her, so we had to wait for the next bus from cape town to idutywa. When the bus arrived the bus driver told me that he is not going to idutywa so if I want my daughter to go to Idutywa, I will have to go to Worcester to catch the first bus. The bus driver of dmj bus registration number (CA 991 505) told me that I must get off his face before he does something he will regret to me. This is the service we get from dmj buses on daily bases as this is happening for the 2nd time now.
