Bad service

Right now we as passengers in this bus are so afraid of our lives, this is the worst bus ever,.. We are traveling to Cape Town and the bus is a very bad condition. It's raining and the seats are wet, the bus is dirty and staffy too. Also the drivers are ********.. Please assist.
