Bad, Bad, Bad service

Do not take DMj bus services... Clearly the experience is the same for most as I read the reviews... My ticket was for 1:20 with no communication from them the bus arrived @15:00pm in Umtata... It doesn't stop there they over booked, in Butterworth the driver left us for a good 45min to go see his girlfriend and baby just across the road, we were scheduled to be in Grahamstown at 7:00 pm however we got there at 10pm if not after, there were 4seats available, outside was 10 people at the least, who were tired and wet from the rain as this bus does not offices anywhere else besides Cape Town... I found my self mothering 6month cute baby boy as his grandmother stood beside us... For hours... There was a leak on the roof and some were transfered to another hired bus called "two's Tours" in the middle of nowhere. I am still very shocked and there has been no apology, nothing from their side.
