Angry client waiting over 3hours for a bus

I'm So upset for that fact that I booked a bus going to Cape Town which was supposed to leave at 15:10 but till 17:43 we are still waiting for a bus , when I tried calling their office I got straight to answering machine which told me that they are not available . We did not even get a text or call to notify us of the delay I'm very much unhappy of the service and will not even refer them to anyone !
