BADDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I have never received such bad service in my life. I requested and paid for the installation of tombstones in the area of Elukwatini. Payment in full was done for the stones on 08th August 2018. Installation of stones was done on the 21st September 2018. To which one stone was missing the top of the head stone. To date 20 February 2019, I have since sent 5 emails to a lady by the name of Marina, of which she blatantly ignored. I have never seen such service for someone who has paid in full and is requiring the service of the money paid. Lesson learnt, never to them again.
