Shop Sells Damaged Goods and refuses to refund customers

I am disgusted at the quality of bags they sell at this shop I unfortunately bought a bag on Saturday and only to get to my sisters place to show her and find that it was torn which unfortunately for me I did not see it when purchasing took it back the very next morning and they refused to refund me told me about their ****ty policy of no refunds on sales items which is all good and well but if something is damaged they really should refund their customers anyway shop there at your own risk but I personally will never shop there again.
