lack of customer service

<p>I bought a handbag at DMF in Alberton on Sat the 06th of May, the lady cashier did not have a name tag. i somehow left the plastic bag with my handbag inside.</p> <p>about five minutes later while walking around the mall i realised I didn't have my bag with me.</p> <p>I went back to shop to find my bag still on the counter WITH MY SLIP still there as well. when i took it the cashier turned around and says thank you!! thank you to what? Any one could have arrived at that counter, take my bag and slip to show to the security at the door.</p> <p>is it a special benefit to hand the slip and shopping bag to the customer after a purchase?</p> <p>i wanted to return the bag but the terms said they dont give cash back. the thought of going back to that place with a voucher just didn't excite me.</p> <p> </p> <p>DMF... custoner service needs some improvement at the Alberton branch </p>
