Extremely bad attitude received at DMF Carnival Mall from the Site Manager
I bought items on 70%discount on Friday the 11th of August 2015. On Wednesday the 16th of August I returned the goods. Upon the goods for exchange the site Manager by the name of Leon, said she is not going to change the goods because they are on special. I was prepared to exchange the goods for a different size but the none of the sizes fit me well. I then requested to exchange for something else. She said she will not change the goods for me, I can stay in the shop till midnight, they are working until late in any case. I must see what I want to do with the clothes. With an extremely toxic attitude she left me at the till and continued with another task. I was very disturbed by her toxic attitude and disrespect she imposed at me. She was never apologetic to the fact that I was never notified by her staff. The lady who helped me confirmed that she must have forgotten and further apologised. But Leon was adamant that she will not help us. I further told her that the items are still on stock and would be simple for the transaction to be exchanged. With an attitude she said "see what you do with the items, I'm not taking them back"
