Refused refund

I am sadly disappointed with the service here today although I have been using this pharmacy for many years!!! Purchased a cleanser yesterday and they ordered the moisturizer for me as they did not have it in stock and said it will be in the next day so I paid for both. Received a call from my derm today, saying I cannot use those products as it will not assist with my problem so I went in to return the products and was told that they cannot refund me for the moisturizer ad it was ordered 'just for me'. I politely explained but was refused my refund on the moisturizer so now I am stuck with a product that I will not even be using. What's sad here is that we have been loyal customers to this pharmacy, and they have definitely received A Lot of business from us (my medical aid records can prove this!) Should be taking my business elsewhere where customers are treated well.
