Disgusting Service

Shocking service from both the sales assistant and the manager I went to a pharmacy to get some meds for my wife. The pharmacy only had few of the items and asked me to go to D Med pharmacy for the balance. So i go to D Med Pharmacy with a prescription for my wife. The sales assistant says that he could not do the mixture of the cream because they do not keep open creams to use. He tells me that I have to buy a full container and they will have it mixed and it will be ready in 2 days. He then tells me that his is doing me a favor. I then go back in 2 days to fetch my mixture. I asked to speak to the manager( Mr Maharaj ). So I questioned him why did i have to buy the whole container and just not get the mix from them. He resonse was that they dont keep open creams. He then asks me which Pharmacy did I get the rest of the meds from which I dont think is any of his Business. He then tells me that the Pharmacy where I got my meds from are too LAZY to have made the mixture for me. I had no idea that managers from Pharmacy's can speak low of other Pharmacy's. Thats when I got upset and told him not to speak bad of other Pharmacy's. I asked him to please write down his name and contact details so that I can have him reported. He refused to do so and I walked out. As I walked out he starts screaming at me throwing wild accusations. As a customer, I will never go back there. So many wrong things were done and said by this Pharmacy. I will keep posting this until this gets resolved. Worst Pharmacy EVER!!!
