Arrogance and not qualified

Pathetic service. Served by an arrogant guy who messed up my medication, when I brought it to his attention he gave me attitude like it was my fault. I asked for his name to which I informed him that I was going to report him and he said Brentt and that I can go report him. When asked about his qualifications he answered to speak to his boss, later to be told by the cashier that he has no qualification and is not a pharmacist. There was no superior to talk to. Absolutely disgusting! Never putting my life in the hands of that pharmacy again.
