Thieving Company!!!

They are *******!!!! We paid our subscriptions for our devices and then the generate new subscription invoices for the same devices that were paid and now cancelled our devices because they say we did not pay the subscriptions.

I have emailed them more that a month ago to query as to why they have invoiced us again for the subscription that were already paid without any response from them.

When you try to phone them, the lines are always busy and you have to leave a message and again they do not respond to your messages.

My employees cannot access their trip data to submit claims nor start preparing for this years tax returns because they did not keep a manual logbook.

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCT AS THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT PROVIDING YOU THE SERVICE YOU PAID FOR!!!
