Incredible Support Agent
<p>Just like to commend Jackie, support agent at GPS Log Book. I had an account query, late afternoon last week, but accounts already left. She asked if she can maybe help and then sorted out all queries I had even though it was not her job. I phoned back today and she could remember the issue and just picked up and assisted even more. Really awesome and pleasant to deal with competent people. Well done!</p>
