despicable business practice

I have received a notice in the change of their business model and service, responded with a "no thank you" on February 25, 2019. Then received an ******* "unsolicited" invoice on March 3, 2019.

They have unilaterally changed their business model and trying to bind the buyer of ”a free service” device into a perpetual contract without specific consent, thus changing the valuation of their pirate enterprise with an ******* annuity revenue model. This is in one word despicable!

Their invoice is ******* and an example of the worst and ************ business practice ever seen. Everyone receiving an invoice without contesting it creates a "legal obligation" to pay, thus they can “legally” sue you for payment, or without you knowing it, “black-list” you! Automatic “hop-in” agreements should be banned as matter of principle.

It does not matter if the device worked, the new business model is nothing more than cyber highway *******! Be careful when dealing with this company or in their real name “DIGITAL MATTER EMBEDDED”, obviously trying to embed themselves in your pocket!

Not only is this service overpriced, you can buy these devices online for a fraction of the price!

If this does not work to stop them and get a formal apology, then I will expose their directors, and will use a wider social media campaign to warn consumers in dealing with this company and product!
